UN Disarmament Conference in Kyoto

A United Nations conference on disarmament ended on Friday in Kyoto with calls to resolve the issues of nuclear development by Iran and North Korea.

Participants from non-nuclear nations, however, said the United States and the other nuclear powers should be the first to disarm.
